Comment: 32004L0027 Please note that Ministerial Decree No. 47/2005. (J2004R0047EUM, MNE(2005)60324) was formally repealed by itself. Nevertheless, according to the rules of the Hungarian legal system, the provisions of Ministerial Decree No. 47/2005. have been incorporated into Ministerial Decree No. 44/2004. (J2004R0044ESZCSM, MNE(2004)59144-02). Please note that Ministerial Decree No. 42/2005. (J2005R0042EUM, MNE(2005)60326) was formally repealed by itself. Nevertheless, according to the rules of the Hungarian legal system, the provisions of Ministerial Decree No. 42/2005. have been incorporated into Ministerial Decree No. 53/2004 (J2004R0053ESZCSM, MNE(2004)59466-02). Please note that Ministerial Decree No. 37/2005. (J2005R0037EUM, MNE(2005)60327) was formally repealed by itself. Nevertheless, according to the rules of the Hungarian legal system, the provisions of Ministerial Decree No. 37/2005. have been incorporated into Ministerial Decree No. 39/2004 (J2004R0039ESZCSM, MNE(2004)59108-02).
