The new Members of the Court of First Instance take the oath

Mr Wahl and Mr Prek, appointed Judges at the Court of First Instance of the European Communities by decisions of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Communities of 22 June 2006 (1) and 20 September 2006 (2), for the period from 7 October 2006 to 31 August 2007, took the oath before the Court on 6 October 2006.
