ACTION for annulment of the Eurostat press release No 48/2006 in so far as it contains a Commission (Eurostat) decision concerning the classification of Madrid Calle 30 in the ‘public administrations’ sector within the European System of Accounts 1995 (ESA 95).

Operative part

The Court:

 

Dismisses the action as inadmissible;

 

Orders Ayuntamiento de Madrid and Madrid Calle 30 SA to pay the costs.
