Pleas in law and main arguments

(i)

(ii)

The General Court erred in law in holding, in the order under appeal, that the inadmissibility of IQV’s action against the contested regulation did not deprive it of an effective judicial remedy.

(iii)

The General Court erred in law in holding, in the order under appeal, that IQV was not individually affected by the contested regulation.
