    		 On page 308, Article 1, point (3) amending Article 3, first subparagraph of paragraph 1 of Regulation (EC) No 1082/2006:

    for:

    ‘(f)

    		 national, regional or local authorities, or bodies or public undertakings, equivalent to those referred to under point (d), from third countries, subject to the conditions laid down in Article 3a.’,

    read:

    ‘(f)

    		 national, regional or local authorities, or bodies or undertakings, equivalent to those referred to under points (d) and (e), from third countries, subject to the conditions laid down in Article 3a.’.

    		 On page 313, Article 1, the following point is added:

    ‘(18)

    		 The text set out in the Annex to this Regulation is added as an annex.’.
