- Initiative summary:
- The Commission Implementing Regulation on data reporting under REMIT lays down rules for the provision of data to the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) by market participants as required by Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (REMIT). Following amendments to REMIT, now also the REMIT Implementing Regulation needs to be adapted.
