Since the Committee has already set out its views on the content of the proposal in question in its opinion Mid-term revision of the Multiannual Financial Framework adopted on 20 September 2023 (1), it decided not to draw up a new opinion on the subject, but to refer to the position it had taken in the above-mentioned document.
