In support of the action, the applicant relies on eight pleas in law.

First plea in law, alleging a breach of the European Union’s international obligations – breach of Article V(2)(d) of Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (New York, 1958), a breach of Article 54 ICSID Convention, Regulations and Rules and a breach of the principle of pacta sunt servanda under Article 26 of the Vienna Convention on the law of treaties. |
