    Is it necessary for public disclosure to have taken place in the manner referred to in Article 17 of the market abuse regulation (2) in order for information to be considered to have been made public in accordance with Article 7(1)(a) of the regulation?

    2.

    If public disclosure can take place in another manner, what circumstances should be taken into account in determining whether information should be considered to have been made public within the meaning of Article 7(1)(a)?
