On page 9, in the Annex:
for:
‘For the marketing year 2010/2011, the levy referred to in Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 967/2006 shall not apply to the quantities issued of this certificate, subject to the respect of the rules laid down in Commission Regulation (EU) No 222/2011, in particular in Article 2(4)(c)’,
read:
‘For the marketing year 2010/2011, the levy referred to in Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 967/2006 shall not apply to the quantities issued of this certificate, subject to the respect of the rules laid down in Commission Regulation (EU) No 222/2011, in particular in Article 2(5)(c)’.
