    On page 6, Article 8(4)(b):

    for:

    ‘(b)

    the consultation referred to Article 7(3)(b) indicates that the data has not been provided by Member States in accordance with Articles 16(3) and 20(1); or’,

    read:

    ‘(b)

    the consultation referred to in Article 7(3)(b) indicates that the data has not been provided by Member States in accordance with Articles 16(4) and 20(1); or’.
