    Information concerning the entry into force of the renewal of the Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Community and the Government of the Republic of India

    The renewal of the Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Community and the Government of the Republic of India, signed on 23 November 2001  (1) and renewed in 2007 (2), has, in accordance with Article 11(b) thereof, entered into force on 15 March 2016. The renewal of the Agreement for a further period of 5 years is effective as from 17 May 2015.
