correcting the German language version of Regulation (EU) 2019/1781 laying down ecodesign requirements for electric motors and variable speed drives pursuant to Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, amending Regulation (EC) No 641/2009 with regard to ecodesign requirements for glandless standalone circulators and glandless circulators integrated in products

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to Article 114 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-related products (1), and in particular Article 15(1) thereof,
Whereas:

The German language version of Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1781 (2) contains errors in Recital 7, second sentence and in Article 3, point (7), when referring to the grid, and in Article 2(1)(a)(v) as regards direct on-line operation of certain products. |

The German language version of Regulation (EU) 2019/1781 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected. |

The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee established by Article 19(1) of Directive 2009/125/EC, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
Article 1
(Does not concern the English language)
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
