Official Journal C 254 , 23/10/2003 P. 0002 - 0002

Notice concerning the anti-dumping duty in force in respect of imports into the Community of Polyethylene terephtalate film (PET film) originating inter alia in the Republic of Korea: modification of the address of a company subject to an individual anti-dumping duty (2003/C 254/02) Imports of Polyethylene terephtalate film (PET film) originating in inter alia the Republic of Korea are subject to a definitive anti-dumping duty, imposed by Council Regulation (EC) No 1676/2001(1) ("the 2001 Regulation"). SKC Co. Ltd, a company located in the Republic of Korea, whose exports of Polyethylene terephtalate film (PET film) to the Community are subject to an individual anti-dumping duty of 7,5 % by the aforementioned Regulation, has informed the Commission that it has changed its company address on several occasions from that cited in the 2001 Regulation i.e. SKC Building, 23-10 Youido-Dong, Yongdungpo-Gu, Seoul 150-010 Korea and on 16 June 2003, the new address became: SKC Co. Ltd., Kyobo Gangnam Tower, 1303-22, Seocho 4 Dong, Seocho Gu, Seoul 137-074, Korea. Previous company addresses and relevant dates since the Regulation came into force are set out below(2). The company has asked the Commission to confirm that these changes of address do not affect the right of the company to benefit from the individual duty rate applied to the company under its former address referred to above. The Commission has examined the information supplied, which demonstrates that all the company's activities linked to the manufacturing, sales and exports of PET film are unaffected by the changes of address. The Commission therefore concludes that the changes of address in no way affects the findings of Council Regulation (EC) No 1676/2001. In view of the absence of any substantive change of circumstances, the current address of SKC Co. Ltd should read SKC Co. Ltd, Kyobo Gangnam Tower, 1303-22, Seocho 4 Dong, Seocho Gu, Seoul 137-074, Korea, in Article 1(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1676/2001. The original Taric additional code A224 attributed to SKC Co. Ltd is unchanged. (1) OJ L 227, 23.8.2001, p. 1. (2) (1) From the 2001 Regulation to June 2003 SKC Co. Ltd 646-15 Wooshin Building, Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 135-080 Korea. (2) Prior to November 2001 a postal address, different from (1), also appears in some invoices: SKC Co. Ltd Gangnam PO Box 2097, Seoul, Korea.
