Notice as provided for in Article 7(8) of Regulation (EC) No 1148/2001 relating to the establishment of administrative cooperation between Slovakia and the European Community

The Commission hereby states that Slovakia has sent all the relevant information on checking operations (the forms used for certificates of conformity, stamp imprints, the names and signatures of the authorised inspectors) under the administrative cooperation provided for in Article 7(8) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1148/2001, as amended by Regulation (EC) No 2379/2001, and established between Slovakia and the European Community. The Commission forwarded this information to the Member States' coordination authorities on 31 January 2003.

Commission Regulation (EC) No 2379/2002 shall apply therefore from the date on which this Notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
