    1. The values of the thresholds applicable as of 1 January 2002 for public supplies contracts pursuant to Council Directive 93/36/EEC(1) and to the Agreement on Government Procurement (hereinafter referred to as the GPA), as concluded by the Council on behalf of the Community (Decision 94/800/EC(2) of 22 December 1994), are as follows:

    2. The values of the thresholds applicable as of 1 January 2002 for works contracts pursuant to Council Directive 93/37/EEC(3) and to the GPA, as concluded by the Council on behalf of the Community (Decision 94/800/EC), are as follows:

    3. The values of the thresholds applicable as of 1 January 2002 for public service contracts pursuant to Council Directive 92/50/EEC(4) and to the GPA, as concluded by the Council on behalf of the Community (Decision 94/800/EC), are as follows:

    4. The values of the thresholds applicable as of 1 January 2002 for supplies, service and for works contracts pursuant to Council Directive 93/38/EEC(5) and to the GPA, as concluded by the Council on behalf of the Community (Decision 94/800/EC), are as follows:

    5. For Member States participating in the euro the amounts of the thresholds in euro will apply directly.

    6. The value of thresholds in national currencies will not change during the reference period.
