Taking of the oath by a new Member

Following his appointment as Judge at the Court of Justice for the period from 15 September 2025 to 6 October 2030 by decision of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Union of 23 July 2025  (1), Mr Kornezov took the oath before the Court of Justice on 15 September 2025.
