Official Journal C 306 , 10/12/2002 P. 0002 - 0002
Notice concerning the anti-dumping duty in force in respect of imports into the Community of ethanolamines originating in the United States of America: modification of the name of a company subject to an individual anti-dumping duty (2002/C 306/02) Imports of ethanolamines originating in the United States of America are subject to a definitive anti-dumping duty, imposed by Council Regulation (EC) No 1603/2000(1). The Dow Chemical Company, a company located in the USA, whose exports of ethanolamines to the Community are subject to an individual anti-dumping duty of EUR 69,40 per ton by the aforementioned Regulation, has informed the Commission that it has changed its name into Ineos LLC. The company has asked the Commission to confirm that the change of name does not affect the right of the company to benefit from the individual duty rate applied to the company under its previous name of Dow Chemical Company. The Commission has examined the information supplied, which demonstrates that all the company's activities linked to the manufacturing, sales and exports of ethanolamines are unaffected by the change of name. The Commission therefore concludes that the change of name in no way affects the findings of Regulation (EC) No 1603/2000. In view of the absence of any substantive change of circumstances, the reference to Dow Chemical Company should be read as Ineos LLC, 21225A Louisiana Highway 1, PO Box 718, Plaquemine, Louisiana 70765-0718, USA, in Article 1(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1603/2000. The Taric additional code A145 previously attributed to Dow Chemical Company shall apply to Ineos LLC. (1) OJ L 185, 25.7.2000, p. 1.
