Information on the entry into force of the Interbus Agreement on the international occasional carriage of passengers by coach and bus The Interbus Agreement on the international occasional carriage of passengers by coach and bus will enter into force on 1 January 2003, the procedures provided for in Article 19 of the Agreement having been completed on 3 October 2002. The entry into force as per 1 January 2003 will apply to all contracting parties which have so far ratified the Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of its Article 28. These contracting parties are: the Czech Republic, the European Community, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania and Slovenia.
