    Information der Europäischen Kommission über Mitteilungen von Flaggenstaaten (Liste von Staaten und ihren zuständigen Behörden) gemäß Artikel 20 Absätze 1, 2 und 3 sowie Anhang III der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1005/208 des Rates, die gemäß Artikel 22 Absatz 2 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1005/2008 des Rates veröffentlicht wird

    Die folgenden Drittländer haben der Kommission gemäß Artikel 20 Absätze 1, 2 und 3 sowie Anhang III der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1005/2008 des Rates vom 29. September 2008 über ein Gemeinschaftssystem zur Verhinderung, Bekämpfung und Unterbindung der illegalen, nicht gemeldeten und unregulierten Fischerei, zur Änderung der Verordnungen (EWG) Nr. 2847/93, (EG) Nr. 1936/2001 und (EG) Nr. 601/2004 und zur Aufhebung der Verordnungen (EG) Nr. 1093/94 und (EG) Nr. 1447/1999 (1) mitgeteilt, welche öffentlichen Behörden im Zusammenhang mit der Fangbescheinigungsregelung gemäß Artikel 12 der genannten Verordnung, befugt sind:

    a)

    Fischereifahrzeuge unter ihrer Flagge zu registrieren,

    b)

    die Fanglizenzen der Fischereifahrzeuge, die ihre Flagge führen, zu gewähren, auszusetzen und einzuziehen,

    c)

    die Richtigkeit von Angaben in den in Artikel 12 genannten Fangbescheinigungen zu bestätigen und solche Bescheinigungen zu validieren,

    d)

    Rechtsvorschriften und Erhaltungs- und Bewirtschaftungsmaßnahmen, die ihre Fischereifahrzeuge beachten müssen, durchzuführen, zu überwachen und durchzusetzen,

    e)

    die Fangbescheinigungen zu überprüfen, um die zuständigen Behörden der Mitgliedstaaten durch die in Artikel 20 Absatz 4 genannte Verwaltungszusammenarbeit zu unterstützen,

    f)

    dem Muster in Anhang II entsprechende Vordrucke ihrer Fangbescheinigungen zu übermitteln, und

    g)

    diese Mitteilungen zu aktualisieren.
