- Initiative summary:
- The Commission Implementing Decision contains a reporting form for Member States to report every two years on their implementation of the social legislation in road transport at national level. This new reporting form is updated to include new elements following the adoption of Mobility Package I, which established new social rules in road transpor. Its implementation has to be reported by the Member States to the Commission.
