The initiative aims to boost learning mobility for all sectors and levels of formal, non-formal and informal learning, as a key building block in achieving the European Education Area. It will identify remaining barriers to cross-border learning mobility; provide guidance on how to overcome them; promote benefits of learning mobility and highlight possible incentives to mobility; make mobility more socially inclusive, environmentally friendly and interlinked with digital learning opportunities.
