Initiative summary:
Main objective of the amendment of the EIT regulation is to better enable the EIT to fulfil its mission, pursue its objectives and to ensure coherence within the Horizon Europe. It will have a positive impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the EIT activities. Modifications concern inter alia: KICs’ funding model; KICs’ operations, the employment conditions of EIT staff; some aspects related to the functioning of the Governing Board and the Executive Committee.
