- Initiative summary:
- A Commission implementing act should establish common forms in order to make it easier for rail passengers to request reimbursement or compensation from railway undertakings in the event of cancellations or delays of a rail service. Passengers will have the right to submit their requests to any railway undertaking in the EU by using such forms, which should also be established in a format accessible to persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility.
