In Case E-2/94: Scottish Salmon Growers Association Limited, whose registered office is in Perth, Scotland, represented by Alastair Sutton, Barrister, and Alasdair R. M. Bell, Solicitor, with an address for service in Geneva at the Chambers of Edmond Tavernier, Rue Töpffer 11, v. EFTA Surveillance Authority (Agent: Håkan Berglin), supported by the Kingdom of Norway (Agent: Didrik Tønseth) - application for annulment of the decision of the EFTA Surveillance Authority dated 24 March 1994 on its competence in matters concerning State aid to fisheries - the Court, composed of: Bjørn Haug, President, Thór Vilhjálmsson, Kurt Herndl (Rapporteur), Sven Norberg and Gustav Bygglin, Judges; Karin Hökborg, Registrar, gave a judgment on 21 March 1995, in which it:

1. annuls the decision of the EFTA Surveillance Authority to close the case registered by the Authority under file number SAM020.100.005;

2. orders the EFTA Surveillance Authority to pay the costs.
