EFTA Surveillance Authority (Agent: Håkan Berglin), supported by the Kingdom of Norway (Agent: Didrik Tønseth) - application for annulment of the decision of the EFTA Surveillance Authority dated 24 March 1994 on its competence in matters concerning State aid to fisheries - the Court, composed of: Bjørn Haug, President, Thór Vilhjálmsson, Kurt Herndl (Rapporteur), Sven Norberg and Gustav Bygglin, Judges; Karin Hökborg, Registrar, gave a judgment on 21 March 1995, in which it: 1. annuls the decision of the EFTA Surveillance Authority to close the case registered by the Authority under file number SAM020.100.005; 2. orders the EFTA Surveillance Authority to pay the costs.
