COUNCIL DECISION of 15 October 1996 renewing the Management Board of the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (96/C 316/01)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 337/75 of 10 February 1975 establishing the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training, and in particular Article 4 thereof (1),

Whereas, by its Decision of 1 February 1993 (2), the Council appointed the members of the Management Board of the aforementioned Centre for the period from 1 February 1993 to 31 January 1996;

Whereas, by its Decision of 22 January 1996 (3), the Council appointed the Austrian, Finnish and Swedish members of that Management Board for the period expiring on 31 January 1996;

Whereas lists of nominees have been submitted to the Council by the Governments of the Member States as regards their representatives and by the Commission as regards the employees' and employers' representatives;

Whereas the members of the Management Board of the Centre should be appointed for a period of three years,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

The following are hereby appointed members of the Management Board of the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training for the period from 15 October 1996 to 14 October 1999.

Article 2

This Decision shall be published, for information, in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
