    Информация от Европейската комисия, публикувана в съответствие с член 22, параграф 2 от Регламент (ЕО) № 1005/2008 на Съвета, относно нотификациите от държавата на знамето (Списък на държавите и техните компетентни органи) съгласно член 20, параграфи 1, 2 и 3 и приложение III към Регламент (ЕО) № 1005/2008

    В съответствие с член 20, параграфи 1, 2 и 3 и приложение III към Регламент (EО) № 1005/2008 на Съвета (1) следните трети държави са нотифицирали пред Европейската комисия публичните органи, които, във връзка със схемата за удостоверяване на улова, създадена съгласно член 12 от регламента, имат право:

    а)

    да регистрират риболовни кораби под тяхно знаме;

    б)

    да издават, прекратяват и отнемат лицензи за риболов на техните риболовни кораби;

    в)

    да проверяват верността на информацията в сертификатите за улов по член 12 и да заверяват тези сертификати;

    г)

    да изпълняват, контролират и прилагат закони, подзаконови актове и мерки за опазване и управление, които техните риболовни кораби са длъжни да спазват;

    д)

    да извършват проверки на сертификатите за улов, за да съдействат на компетентните органи на държавите членки чрез административното сътрудничество по реда на член 20, параграф 4;

    е)

    да изпращат образци от техните сертификати за улов в съответствие с примерния образец в приложение II; и

    ж)

    да актуализират тези нотификации.
