The Agreement between the European Union and Canada laying down the conditions for the participation of Canadian legal entities and products originating in Canada to procurement under the Safe Instrument, signed in Munich on 14 February 2026 (1) will enter into force on 1 August 2026, the procedure provided for in Article 15(2) of the Agreement having been completed on 29 June 2026.
