DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 307/2021
of 29 October 2021
amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement [2024/546]
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

(1) |
Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/891 of 2 June 2021 setting revised Union-wide performance targets for the air traffic management network for the third reference period (2020-2024) and repealing Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/903 (1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

(2) |
By virtue of Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 67/2006 of 2 June 2006, Regulation (EC) No 549/2004 does not apply to Liechtenstein. |

(3) |
Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/891 repeals Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/903 (2), which is incorporated into the EEA Agreement and which is consequently to be repealed under the EEA Agreement. |

(4) |
Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
The text of point 66xi (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/903) of Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement is replaced by the following:
‘ 32021 D 0891: Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/891 of 2 June 2021 setting revised Union-wide performance targets for the air traffic management network for the third reference period (2020-2024) and repealing Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/903 (OJ L 195, 3.6.2021, p. 3).’
Article 2
The text of Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/891 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 30 October 2021, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made (*1).
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
