Annul the decision of 16 May 2025, by which the European Commission rejected the applicant’s complaint regarding alleged unlawful aid granted by the Republic of Bulgaria (the ‘contested decision’); |

Order the defendant to bear its own costs as well as the applicant’s costs for the current proceedings. |
