By their action under Article 263 TFEU, the applicants seek the annulment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2021/57 of 25 January 2021 amending Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) as regards lead in gunshot in or around wetlands (OJ 2021 L 24, p. 19).

Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

1.

Dismisses the action;

2.

Orders Firearms United Network and Mr Tomasz Walter Stępień, Mr Michał Budzyński and Mr Andrzej Marcjanik to bear their own costs and to pay the costs incurred by the European Commission, including those relating to the proceedings for interim measures;

3.

Orders the Federal Republic of Germany, the French Republic and the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) to bear their own costs.
