1.
On 13 February 2026, the Commission received notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1).This notification concerns the following undertakings:

MKS PAMP Group Limited (‘MKS PAMP’, incorporated in Guernsey, with a place of business in the UK), through Bullion International Group LLC (‘B.I.G.’, United States), |

— |
SOLIT Group AG (‘SOLIT Group’, Switzerland). |
MKS PAMP, through B.I.G., will acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation sole control of the whole of SOLIT Group.
The concentration is accomplished by way of purchase of shares.

The business activities of the undertakings concerned are the following:|

The MKS PAMP Group is active globally in the manufacturing, refining, minting, trading and wholesale and retail distribution of precious metals, including gold and silver. Its activities primarily focus on business customers, but also includes ancillary treasury and commodity trading services, as well as secure storage. In the European Union, MKS PAMP Group also offers limited physical retail trade solutions to end customers. |

The SOLIT Group AG is active in the trading of precious metals, including gold and silver, with a focus on retail trade of precious metals, including through B2B2C distribution. Its activities include online and in-store sales, wholesale supply to other precious metal dealers, investment products linked to precious metals and independent storage services. The SOLIT Group’s activities are primarily focused on the DACH region. |

On preliminary examination, the Commission finds that the notified transaction could fall within the scope of the Merger Regulation. However, the final decision on this point is reserved.Pursuant to the Commission Notice on a simplified treatment for certain concentrations under Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 on the control of concentrations between undertakings (2), it should be noted that this case is a candidate for treatment under the procedure set out in the Notice.

The Commission invites interested third parties to submit their possible observations on the proposed concentration to the Commission.Observations must reach the Commission not later than 10 days following the date of this publication. The following reference should always be specified:
