DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 97/2025
of 8 May 2025
amending Annex IX (Financial services) to the EEA Agreement [2025/1384]
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/910 of 15 December 2023 laying down implementing technical standards for the application of Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the form and content of the information to be notified in respect of the cross-border activities of undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS), UCITS management companies, the exchange of information between competent authorities on cross-border notification letters, and amending Commission Regulation (EU) No 584/2010 (1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

Annex IX to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
Annex IX to the EEA Agreement shall be amended as follows:
1. The following is added in point 30d (Commission Regulation (EU) No 584/2010):
‘, as amended by:

2. The following point is inserted after point 30i (Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/911):

Article 2
The text of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/910 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 9 May 2025, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made (*1).
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
