The Court:

Annuls the decision of the Second Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) of 20 March 2024 (Case R 1333/2023-2);

2.

Orders EUIPO to pay the costs, including those incurred for the purposes of the proceedings before the Board of Appeal.
