Information Note regarding the entry into force of the Protocol (2024-2029) implementing the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Cabo Verde [2025/832]

Following signature on 23 July 2024, the European Union and the Republic of Cabo Verde notified on 14 April 2025 and 12 March 2025 respectively, that they had finalised their internal procedures to conclude the implementing Protocol.

Therefore, the Protocol implementing the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Cabo Verde enters into force on 14 April 2025 pursuant to Art. 18(1) of the Protocol.
