Corrigendum to Council Directive 96/48/EC of 23 July 1996 on the interoperability of the trans-European high-speed rail system (Official Journal of the European Communities No L 235 of 17 September 1996)

On page 14 the following Article shall be inserted:

'Article 26

This Directive is addressed to the Member States.`
