COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) 2022/2191

of 8 November 2022

on the harmonised standards for radio equipment drafted in support of Directive 2014/53/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council

Article 1

The references to harmonised standards for radio equipment drafted in support of Directive 2014/53/EU, listed in Annex I to this Decision, are hereby published in the Official Journal of the European Union, subject to any limitations set out in that Annex for any of those harmonised standards.

The references of harmonised standards for radio equipment drafted in support of Directive 2014/53/EU, listed in Annex II to this Decision, are hereby published in the Official Journal of the European Union. Those references shall be deemed to have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union for the periods set out in that Annex.

Article 2

Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/167 is repealed.

Article 3

Communication 2018/C326/04 is repealed.

However, it shall continue to apply to the references of the harmonised standards listed in Annex III to this Decision until the dates of withdrawal of those references as set out in that Annex. Each of those references is withdrawn as of the date set out in that Annex for that reference.

Article 4

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
