DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 321/2025
of 5 December 2025
amending Annex XXI (Statistics) to the EEA Agreement [2026/596]
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

(1) |
Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/367 of 25 November 2024 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1700 of the European Parliament and of the Council by specifying the number and the title of the variables for over-indebtedness, consumption and wealth in the income and living conditions domain and amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/29 (1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

(2) |
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2887 of 15 November 2024 specifying the technical items of the data set for the 2026 ad hoc subject on Digital Platform Employment in the labour force domain in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1700 of the European Parliament and of the Council (2) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

(3) |
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1182 of 17 June 2025 establishing detailed rules on the rescaling of harmonised indices to the common index reference period 2025 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/792 of the European Parliament and of the Council (3) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

Annex XXI to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
Annex XXI to the EEA Agreement is amended as follows:

The following is added in point 18qm (Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/29): ‘, as amended by:

The following points are inserted after point 18qzk (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2915):

3. |
The following point is inserted after point 19bb:

Article 2
The texts of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/367 and Implementing Regulations (EU) 2024/2887 and (EU) 2025/1182 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 6 December 2025, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made (*1).
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
