Form of order sought
The applicant claims that the Court should:

annul the compulsory placements on leave and the declaration of invalidity decided on by the Commission; |
|
— |
acknowledge the wrongful conduct by the Commission and its liability; |
|
— |
order the Commission to pay EUR 300 000 in damages to the applicant for material damage, that is to say, the equivalent of the loss of remuneration incurred by the applicant as a result of her invalidity; |
|
— |
order the Commission to pay EUR 600 000 in damages to the applicant for non-material damage; |
|
— |
order the Commission to pay EUR 20 000 (exclusive of VAT) by way of legal fees in respect of the present proceedings before the General Court. |
Pleas in law and main arguments
In support of the action, the applicant relies on three pleas in law.

First plea in law, alleging that the compulsory placements on leave and the declaration of invalidity, based on falsified medical reports and irregular procedures, are unlawful. |

2. |
Second plea in law, alleging breach of the applicant’s fundamental rights, including the rights to dignity, to private life and to a career. |

3. |
Third plea in law, alleging institutional harassment characterised by hostile, intimidating and toxic behaviour by her superiors and by external providers. |
