The applicant claims the General Court should:

award the applicant compensation in the amount of EUR 13 116 in respect of financial damage and EUR 10 000 in respect of non-material damage; |

exclude the applicability of the Regulation (1) on the ground that it is unlawful or order any appropriate measure to address its unlawful nature; |
|
— |
annul the regulation on the ground that it is unlawful; |
|
— |
order the Commission to pay costs in the amount of EUR 5 000. |

In support of the action, the applicant relies on a single plea in law which is similar or identical to that relied on in Case T-876/25, Raja v Commission.
(1) Regulation (EU) 2020/2081 of 14 December 2020 amending Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) as regards substances in tattoo inks or permanent make-up.
