By her action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment of the decision of the Selection Board of 11 August 2023 confirming, after re-examination, the decision of the Selection Board of 6 March 2023 not to include her name on the reserve list for Open Competition EPSO/AD/382/20.

Operative part of the order

The action is dismissed as manifestly lacking any foundation in law.

EH shall pay the costs.
