COMMON CATALOGUE OF VARIETIES OF VEGETABLE SPECIES
Supplement H 2024/13

1.
This supplement to the common catalogue of varieties of vegetable species (1) corrects the status of 22 varieties, notified by the Romanian authorities, by adding a marketing extension date. These varieties have previously been published in supplements 2023/5 (2) and 2024/9 (3) without this indication, which allows a period for the certification and marketing of seed or propagating material up to 30 June of the third year at the most after expiry of the acceptance.

This supplement also corrects the status of the aubergine variety Sirius and the popcorn variety POP 1107 for Slovakia, which were incorrectly reflected in supplement 2024/11 (4).

The modifications made to the consolidated version are indicated in the following way:|

(mod.): means a modification to an existing position. The indications relating to this position in the current supplement replace those in the consolidated version, |

— |
(del.): means that the position and all indications which relate to it are deleted from the common catalogue. |

This supplement concerns the varieties notified for which the provisions laid down in Article 16(1) of Council Directive 2002/55/EC (5) apply.

When the code of a maintainer does not appear in the consolidated version, the name of the maintainer and his address may be obtained from the authority indicated in the list for the Member State or EFTA country concerned.
