Notice for the attention of certain persons and entities subject to the restrictive measures provided for in Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 and Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea

The following information is brought to the attention of HONG Sung-Mu and Yongbyon Nuclear Scientific Research Centre, person and entity appearing in Annex II to Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 (1) and in Annex XV to Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 (2), as well as to Korea Paekho Trading Corporation, entity appearing in Annex III to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 and in Annex XVI to Regulation (EU) 2017/1509.

The Council envisages maintaining the restrictive measures against the above-mentioned person and entities with amended statements of reasons.

The person and entities concerned are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the information related to the maintaining of restrictive measures, before 30 October 2025, to the following address:
