Taking of the oath by new Members of the General Court

(C/2025/5764)

Following their appointment as Judges at the General Court of the European Union for the period from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2031 by decision of the Representatives of the Governments of the Members States of the European Union of 26 March 2025  (1), Mr Francesco Bestagno and Ms Tanja Pavelin took the oath before the Court of Justice on 15 September 2025.
