The following information is brought to the attention of Mr. Benjamin MBONIMPA (no. 27), Mr. Bertrand BISIMWA (no. 36), Mr. Charles SEMATAMA (no. 20), Mr. Corneille NANGAA YOBELUO (no. 35), Mr. Désiré LONDROMA NDJUKPA (no. 14), Mr. Désiré RUKOMERA (no. 38), Mr. Dominique KAMANZI NDARURUTSE (no. 32), Mr. Janvier Karairi (‘Karahiri’) BUINGO (no. 22), Mr. Jean-Bosco NZABONIMPA MUPENZI (no. 42), Mr. Jean Claude HABYARIMANA MBITSE (no. 31), Mr. John Imani NZENZE (no. 39), Mr. John NUMBI (no. 4), Mr. Joseph MUSANGA BAHATI (no. 44), Mr. Justin BITAKWIRA (no. 12), Mr. Justin Gacheri MUSANGA (no. 28), Mr. Pierre Celestin RURAKABIJE (no. 29), Mr. Simon (Salomon) TOKOLONGA (no. 25), Mr. Gustave KUBWAYO (no. 30) and Alliance Fleuve Congo (AFC) (entity no. 1) appearing in Annex II to Council Decision 2010/788/CFSP (1) and in Annex Ia to Council Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 (2) concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
In the framework of the annual review of restrictive measures, the Council envisages maintaining the restrictive measures against individuals no. 12, 20, 28, 36, 42 and 44 and entity no. 1 with amended statements of reasons and additional information. The Council also envisages maintaining the restrictive measures against individuals no. 4, 14, 22, 25, 27, 29, 30, 31, 32, 35, 38 and 39 with additional information.
Those persons and entity are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the draft statement of reasons and/or the additional information, before 21 October 2025 , to the following address:
