By their action under Article 263 TFEU, the applicants seek the annulment of Article 4ha(3)(a) of Council Decision 2014/512/CFSP of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ 2014 L 229, p. 13), as amended by Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/1744 of 24 June 2024 (OJ L, 2024/1744), and of Article 3ea(3)(a) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ 2014 L 229, p. 1), as amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2024/1745 of 24 June 2024 (OJ L, 2024/1745), in that the words ‘including replicas of historical ships’ were added to the provisions at issue.

The action is dismissed in part as having been brought before a court which has no jurisdiction to rule on it and in part as inadmissible. |
