Elections of Advocates General to deal with requests for a preliminary ruling and of two Judges called upon to replace them if they are prevented from acting

Meeting on 17 September 2025, the Judges of the General Court, in accordance with Article 9(3) and Article 31a(1) of the Rules of Procedure, elected as Advocates General for the purposes of dealing with requests for a preliminary ruling, in respect of the period from 17 September 2025 to 31 August 2028:

The Judges of the General Court also elected Ms L. Spangsberg Grønfeldt and Mr H. Cassagnabère as the Judges called upon to replace those Advocates General in the event that they are prevented from acting, in respect of the period from 17 September 2025 to 31 August 2028.
