—

annul the decision of 23 October 2024 entitled ‘Note for the attention of GY’ and notified via ARES to the applicant on the same day, annulling all family allowances and related benefits, with retroactive effect from his entry into service on 16 September 2021, along with the decision of 23 October 2024 whose subject is ‘Note for the attention of GY’ and notified via ARES to the applicant on the same day;

—

as far as necessary, annul the implicit decision of 19 May 2025, rejecting the applicant’s complaint of 17 January 2025 under Article 90(2) of the Staff Regulations; and

—

reimburse all legal costs.

First plea in law, alleging the manifest errors of assessment and wrong reasons.

Second plea in law, alleging a breach of Articles 62 and 67 of the Staff Regulations, as well as Article 2 of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations, in the light of Article 34 of the Charter.

Third plea in law, alleging a breach of Article 85 of the Staff Regulations.

Fourth plea in law, alleging a breach of the right to good administration, of the duty of care and of the principle of legal certainty - misuse of powers.
