Must European Union law – in particular, Article 5[(4)] TEU, as well as Articles 5(1)(b), (c) and (e) and 6 of Regulation 679/2016 (1) – be interpreted as precluding (or not precluding) legislation relating to the collection and processing of passenger data of the kind contained in Article 11 of legge 15 gennaio 1992, n.° 21 (Law No 21 of 15 January 1992), as amended by legge 11 febbraio 2019, n.° 12 (Law No 12 of 11 February 2019)?
