Re:

By his action based on Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment of the decision of the European Parliament of 13 November 2023, by which the Parliament rejected his application for the grant of a survivor’s pension.

Operative part of the order

1.

The action is dismissed as manifestly lacking any foundation in law.

2.

There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the European Commission’s application to intervene.

3.

FB shall bear his own costs and pay those incurred by the European Parliament.

4.

All parties shall bear their own costs relating to the application to intervene.
